Import a Zoom call

In Meetings, choose Manual import, select the project, and open Zoom. Paste the meeting link or ID, then select Fetch from Zoom. Confirm the call, expert and timing before importing.

A Zoom transcript is optional when a complete mixed recording is available. The recording can be imported first and transcription processed afterwards. Each import saves a separate media copy. Recordings with only separate parts, unfinished processing or unknown time coverage are not treated as complete. An available transcript can still be imported without media.

Keep the existing approval and sharing steps for the project. Importing a call does not itself publish its transcript to Editorial.
